Policy for Refunds

You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to initiate a return. To qualify for a return or refund, items must:

  • Be in their original packaging.
  • Show no signs of usage or tampering.

To start the return process, please email contact@biochews.com.au. Once we receive your request, we will provide the return form and the return address to proceed with the return.


Return Expenses

All return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend using trackable shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced returns.


Damaged Package?

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and its contents immediately.
  2. Email the photos along with your order number to contact@biochews.com.au.

Our customer service team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund request is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you do not see the refund in your account after this time, we recommend:

  1. Checking with your bank or payment provider for pending transactions.
